Tooth Grinding

Do you wake up with jaw pain, headaches, sensitive teeth, or notice that your teeth are becoming worn down? Tooth grinding and clenching, also known as bruxism, can place excessive pressure on your teeth, jaw joints, and muscles over time. At our practice, we offer personalised solutions to help protect your smile and relieve discomfort.

Custom-made biteplates (night guards) are designed to cushion and protect the teeth while reducing strain on the jaw during sleep. For patients with severe muscle tension or chronic clenching, muscle relaxing injectable treatments may also be recommended to help ease overactive jaw muscles and reduce grinding intensity. Early treatment can help prevent tooth damage, improve comfort, and support better quality sleep and overall oral health.
